Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Precision M32-34D-9208A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Georgi-Kobald parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kubler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the JMM2514T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KSY46480R6S74 manufactured by Georgi-Kobald and we are pleased to be able to service most Georgi-Kobald systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K182153 by Manufacturer Kubler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Perske Brand LF64C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hirata such as HRM008100A equipment made by Hirata have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hirata products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hirata" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M3159T made by Baldor as well as the popular LZB54AR01511 original spares produced by Atlas-Copco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the kba90 by Demag and HRM008100A spares by Hirata are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LXSH2SB150SB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc.
